I went out to Uncle Red's Farm today. It is a sad time of year for us. Both Uncle Red and Aunt Idamae have passed away but when I go out there I still can feel them with me. I look around the property and see how things used to be. These are just a few things that I saw today. These items remind me of a simplier time when our lives were less complicated.
This post really touches my heart. I know exactly what you mean. I loved going to my grandparents house and sitting on the stoop remembering those times when I used to play at their house. I can't do that anymore now because it's gone. But, I love to reminisce. It really was a simpler time. Thank you for sharing this. Your pictures are a real work of art.
